How do I find the help that I am looking for?

You can browse the Anyhows listings by category.  If you cannot find what you are looking for, click the ASK link and your specific request will be sent to our expert network.  We most likely have experts that can provide the help that you’re looking for who may not have posted that knowledge yet.

Why should I use Anyhows? Can't I just use Google?

While Google is an amazing tool, it is not best suited for finding quality, rated, and trusted content. Our experts are reviewed and rated so you can have more confidence on the assets that you get on Anyhows.

How do I get assistance with the content that I purchased?

The Conferences and store owners are responsible for creating and supporting their materials.  Although you can reach us by using the “Need Help” button on the bottom of the page, please contact the Conference directly to inquire further about their content, additional services, or if you have other concerns about their products.

The Access Pass covers the cost to manage, process, and deliver materials via the Anyhows platform. This minimal fee helps keep the cost low for conferences and attendees while making it easy to distribute and obtain world-class knowledge. These fees help cover the cost for technology, storage, bandwidth, and payment processing (in addition to basic necessities like food and water.)

Anyhows provides access on behalf of our clients including conferences, venues, and/or speakers with whom we collaboratively set the price of the fee.  In addition, there may be an additional charge for premium access that is deemed more valuable by our clients.

How do I close my account?

In the unlikely occurrence that you’d actually want to leave us and close your account, you should send us an email using the account that you used to register for Anyhows.com.  You account will be closed within 24 hours.

What can I list on Anyhows?

The bulk the materials on Anyhows are conference presentations (PDFs or PowerPoint presentations) although any digital asset can be posted on Anyhows. Whether it’s a few short tips, a full eBook, audio, or video, there are professionals that can benefit from that knowledge. If you can think it, you can list it! You and your experts are only limited by imagination. Think of the things that would have helped you or saved you time in your professional life.

Every conference has a unique agreement with their presenters so we trust that you have ownership or permission for the materials that you post. We also ask that you do not post any proprietary or confidential information.

Why would you want to sign up with Anyhows?

Anyhows makes it easy to collect, manage, and distribute your materials. It’s a better, more efficient way to work.  It’s that simple.  There is not a more efficient and economical way to manage your conference content.

What format should my items be?

That is entirely up to you. Most typically items will be in a Microsoft Office Product format (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or an Adobe PDF format.  Other formats are also accepted including .wav, .mp3, .txt, .mov, .html among others.  Please Contact Us if you have any doubts.

I’m not a professional publisher. Are my items good enough?

Most importantly, people are paying for your knowledge and expertise. That being said, your items should be organized and easy to understand and use to avoid confusion, support inquiries, or unhappy customers.  Remember… happy customers are good for all of us to please do your best to present a professional product.  All of our reputations are counting on it!

Can I post an item that I did not create?

Please make sure that you have the rights to distribute (and/or sell) anything that you post on Anyhows.  You are legally responsible for all clearances and permissions so please respect others intellectual property rights as you would like others to respect yours.  Do not post any proprietary or confidential information.

Do I need to use a picture in my listing?

Pictures help your listings get noticed and helps provide a good impression. If you don’t have one or can’t create an image, you can take a screenshot (if applicable), a company logo, or a royalty free image for example.   Please make sure that you have the rights to use anything that you post on Anyhows.  You are responsible for all clearances and permissions so please respect others intellectual property rights as you would like others to respect yours.

How do I get an Anyhows Store?

All registered sellers are assigned an Anyhows Store. You will have a unique URL that will send to your customers directly to your store’s front page.

How much does it cost to list items on Anyhows?

It is FREE to list items on Anyhows.  You can list as many free items as you like on Anyhows although if you would like to charge for an item, Anyhows receives a small commission for facilitating and processing the sale.

How is my commission paid?

Commissions for sales of premium products are paid immediately when the transaction takes place and are paid directly from PayPal.  Anyhows does not hold and disburse funds.  This also means that refunds are between you and the customer.
Please make sure to provide your PayPal account email address on our payment information page available through your Seller Dashboard. For information about other Anyhows services and fee structures (including Access Passes) please contact us.

How do I close my account?

In the unlikely occurrence that you’d actually want to leave us and close your account, you should send us an email using the account that you used to register for Anyhows.com.  You account will be closed within 3 business days.

Where can I find your DMCA policies and procedures?

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask you to do the same. If you or any user of this site believes its copyright, trademark or other property rights have been infringed by a posting on this site, you or the user should send notification to our Designated Agent immediately as listed in our Terms and Conditions.
